Apple Cinnamon Porridge

A yummy and energising start to the day! This apple porridge is so creamy and delicious - you'll want to get out of bed to make it :) 

The addition of our Energy Bomb mix will wake you up and help you power through your day - it contains acai, guarana, maca, lucuma and banana and boosts your energy levels for an extended period of time. No jitters!

Apple Cinnamon Porridge

SERVES 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE


Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Energy Bomb mix
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 100g oats
  • 250 ml water
  • handful walnuts
  • 2 tbsp chopped dates
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • toppings (optional)

    Directions:

    1. Combine all of the ingredients (except the Energy Bomb) in a small pot.
    2. Cook over medium heat, stirring often to prevent burning or sticking.
    3. Remove from heat and stir in the Energy Bomb mix.
    4. Pour into a bowl and add toppings, if desired, and serve.

     SUPER TIP: Add a tablespoon of almond butter to make it even creamier!
